22 February, 2012 gallery additions

Things are really popping here crocus, snowdrops, and winter aconites are blooming their hearts out, and the daffodils and witchhazels are just itching to go. It's getting close to traveling time to go check out more gardens!

Since we're not quite there yet, here are another twenty photos to look at and think of warmer days. There's no reasoning behind this grouping other than the fact that I tried to get a little bit of everything.

I'm going to start adding more tropical plants to the collection to honor a guy that I really respect and has been a friend of hort.net for many years. Jim, if you're reading this, yes I mean you.

More of you answered last week about the large photo vs. small photo issue, and the verdict is still split. Some people like the extra detail with the larger photos, but people are on dialup or have small monitors and they prefer the smaller photos.

So it sounds like I'll have to provide both.

Take care, keep warm, and I'll send you more next week!
