This site claims that eating nuts 5 times a week cuts heart attack risks in half. It's easy to do with a little help from their gourmet recipe file (Mmmm... Apricot-almond tea bread!) and surprising news (to us at least) that almonds actually lower levels of LDL cholesterol (the bad kind) while preserving HDL cholesterol levels (the good kind).
