Wichita, KS: Community Garden Plots Available

Need a garden plot? --If you don't have your own piece of earth to garden in
-- or if the one you do have is too small or shady for vegetables -- you can
rent a plot at the community Garden of Eat'n in southeast Wichita. A
10-foot-by-20-foot plot rents for $20. Renters have to abide by the garden's rules and
participate in a few group work days throughout the year. For more information,
call garden manager Esther Henderson at 524-0800.
