RE: the magic sphere


I got info about how it works-  the sybols change each time you click on it.
If you look, there is a pattern of symbols all of which are the same for any
possible answer you get based on the mathematical equation they set up.  So,
not magic, just math.

i just noticed something. if you ignore the mumbo jumbo about adding and
subtracting and just ask the great oz for signs that match numbers, very
soon it doesn't. so, like most superstitious truths, it begins to fall
apart, that is, become incoherent.. i suspect the controlling factor here
is gullibility--as it is in most superstitions. but i haven't figured out
what that is. yet.
