RE: Ummm...

Sue, I have terrible allergies, too. Do you know what you are allergic to?
What do you do when you have an attack? Is it primarily sinus symptoms? If
so, there may be a few things to make you more comfortable, in addition to
some of the newer medications (mostly prescription) out on the market. I
use Rhinocort with great success. If I'm out, I've found steamy showers,
standing over a pot of boiling water or eating a nice large bowl of chicken
soup will give some temporary relief. If your DH will give you a nice
gentle pressure over your sinus cavities, that too can give temporary
relief. There is so much more that can be done to help alleviate symptoms
that was not available years ago. And if you get allergy attacks frequently
and they keep you from enjoying what you love to do, I'd recommend checking
into getting allergy shots. It's a long term investment, but over time, it
does seem to help.

Here is hoping you are feeling better today!

Blessings,
Bonnie (SW OH - zone 5)

Haven't done a thing today..not even a visit to the garden. My allergies
flared up big time and it feels like I have a stack of bricks on my face.
Not fun. :-(
