Wonderful.  What a great selection of per serves.  Did you develop the
recipes yourself or are some of them vintage from your family?  Do they
become gifts?  

Our fair grounds is in the middle of urban sprawl, near the zoo.  I wish
ours was more like the one in Grey, TN, where there are many more
participants in all the categories.
