Happy Holidays

Winter moved in...yesterday rain, this morning freezing temperatures. We opened gifts last night...I received several tools, one weeder with easy grip handles, books, hiking boots, and three huge bags of potting soil...I have used up my mulch on my outside beds...one of January tasks is to be kind to my house plants and replace some tired soil.

We are having a great holiday...our daughter was able to make it from CA at the last moment...warm house, holiday decorations and good food, family together...what more could there be? Hope everyone's holiday is a contented one...cheers
