Salsa recipe

Someone asked me for the University of California recipe for making and canning salsa. Sorry, I forget who ;>P I couldn't find my paper copy or my digital copy [victim of a new computer, no doubt], so I googled it. The following link goes to the UC Extension Service publications list for canning and preserving foods. Scroll down the list of pubs and you'll come to "Peppers, Safe Methods to Store, Preserve, and Enjoy." It's a free download. The recipe is on page 8. I always cheat a bit and add cilantro.
