Zem great idea. I will check those out. I did see one but not sure it
was in Chicago. It was about a large flat sausage uncooked thrown onto a
pizza crust with tomato sauce and cheese and then baked. Frankly, it was
the greasiest, nastiest thing I have ever seen. I would have a heart
attack after one bite. Probably very tasty though.

There have been some great Chicago restaurant programs on The Food Channel. 
You could probably check them out at the website.  One I remember was on all 
the great ethnic food in Chicago, and the other one that stands out was on 
Chicago deep dish pizza.
