If anyone has problems eating wheat bread, My wife made bread with a flour
called SPELT & also homemade pasta for a friend we had over for dinner. He
is allergic to any other bread. He almost died "til he found out what caused
his problem. His wife now has the recipe & they are ecstatic about it. In
fact, they sent a vase of flowers from a florist.
