Gene,
"The Garden" Is the Journal of the RHS & is Very, very in-depth  within the
plant articles. It is also the general vehicle for all Hort. & Environmental
news. of the Society. I would imagine that the Plantsman is more pure Hort.
& less news. You could email them & ask...I will try to find out when I'm
there in Late August.
