Depends on whether they are like most borderlines who know what you want
to hear when you want to hear it...they are superb at playing the
system, as many of them know it inside and out, upside down and
backwards and are master manipulators...so, no, it doesn't always weed
out the bad ones. In fact, it often enables them.
