Re: Doctor visit


Thank you all for your concern.  I guess I'm just sort of from the same
school John is.  Tough it out. I do not like the idea of forever medication.
I've been on Naproxen, though, since about October and the Chiropractor
said, not now, but down the line, it would be good to get off of it. I think
an occasional trip when I can afford it to the chiropractor would be my best
course of action, as well as working on the stretching every night.  Really,
I am fine all day, just a vague, dull ache in my arm during the day if I
even think about it.  The problem is mainly at night, so if I can work
around that, I shouldn't have much of a problem at all.
You know, I feel pretty guilty whining about this.  I know many of you live
with many more health difficulties than I do.  We all have aches and pains
and learn to deal with those that simply cannot be fixed.  We simply learn
to accept and adjust our lives to continue doing the things we enjoy.  I'm
not missing out on a thing - except a bit of sleep.
