I've not done that, however I have to say the Rockies are gorgeous any time
of year. A chance to see the peaks & canyons near Denver should be
spectacular, even if it's hot & dry. I was born near there & have pictures
of me as a baby in beautiful locations around Denver. My mom spoke of the
Garden of the Gods, Cave of the Wind's & Pike's Peak as her favorites. This
was 1952, so I'm sure urban sprawl has affected some of this. Updates
please, if you go.
