Carex elata 'Aurea' is the approved name by RHS who gave it an AGM.  Common
name is Bowles Golden Sedge.  Synonyms are:
Carex elata 'Bowles' Golden'
Carex riparia 'Bowles' Golden'
Carex stricta Gooden. 'Bowles' Golden'

Carried by Arrowhead Alpines, Greer Gardens, Weird Dude's Plant Zoo, Joy
Creek, Digging Dog, and  www.hostas.com
