brand spanking new mystery plant

hi. i've asked donna to post a picture of a bloom of a lily [i think it's a lily] that i have growing in a pot. for the last 3 years, i have gotten leaves only. this year, i got a flower stem and, behold, blooms. i have no idea what it is. do any of you? i apologize because the picture ain't great--but the all-white flower is difficult to photograph so the parts are differentiated. even in the photo lab.
