Re: Pams pictures

ROTFL!!!!! My boss once sent me to a two day conference on "How to
Handle People with Tact and Diplomacy"...my colleagues of course got a
big kick out of that one and when it so obviously failed to "smooth my
rougher edges", told my boss she should demand her money back for the
fee the University paid! Never fails on my annual evaluations...score
1-5 (1 worst- 5 best)I get 4's and 5's on all but one
thing>>interpersonal skills<<which never fails to get me a 2 and some
years a 1. But I've long since learned to live with myself and that is
all that counts!

Hi Pam,<br><br>Understand that "tact free" reference. The last 2
commanders (LT Col) that<br>I had in the Cavalry said about the same
regarding moi. One of them<br>actually started awarding the "Richard T.
Apking Tact and Diplomacy Award"<br>on and annual basis. So this must be
what that 15 minutes of fame is all<br>about.<br><br>My maples this year
were a brilliant red, the willows are still green, the<br>russian olives
a brilliant yellow, and my poor little japanese maple just<br>lost all
it's leaves one night. We got 1-1/2" of rain this last
drizzle<br>period. The amount was a suprise, since there wasn't hardly a
mud puddle<br>anywhere. That's how dry it's been. Rich in Z-5 where it
is supposed to get<br>down to the mid 20's tonight.<br>----- Original
