Re: [Fwd: [THML] Re: California fires.]/supplier

Auralie and everybody else: Pretty amazing story. I just found out that he left a message on my phone yesterday. Unfortunately, it is a phone number I rarely use...it's my internet connection so I didn't get the message until today when I received a personal message from him. Anyway it does bring things like this closer to home. I feel horrible for all the people who lost their homes and businesses. What a tremendous heartache that must be. It turns out my cousin who lives in San Bernadino east of L.A. had her house spared because after a previous fire a decade ago they built a fire break around her neighborhood and as it turned out that was the only neighborhood that wasn't wiped out.

One good thing did come of it. I did find two more suppliers in Florida and Louisiana. I talked with the gentlemen from Florida for almost an hour and I will begin to do business with them. So Kitty, I don't know what their quality is yet but I'm going to find out. I placed an initial order for 400 plants from him. I'm looking forward to seeing his colors.

DF (Oh, I've been away fishing over the last couple of weeks so pardon for being late but Happy Birthday to Marge and Chris!)

Amazing story, David. Thanks for letting us know. At least some of our prayers are answered. But what heartaches for the rest of the people.
