I can send pix of #44 #45 & #46 to anyone interested.(Isn't it capitata, or 
was name changed?)

H. kikutii var. kikutii is the true species. It has elongnated leaves, 
medium, dark green. Bob Olson is small, somewhat ruffled, variegated. 
capitata is light green, small.
