Kevin, this is exactly right, sometimes mailings from non profit 
organizations like the zoo and the art museum will arrive after the material 
is relevant.  Anyone who has not gotten their journal might ask their 
mailman, if they know the mailman.  If you don't know your mailman then you 
might take the opportunity to meet him/her.  

If it weren't for this forum I would be in ignorant bliss.   Narda
