US hosta gardens publication?

on US hosta gardens by region available.
Thanks for the info.  How old is that publication?  I think there must be a lot of nice gardens that could be added almost every year, if not every other year, with the way hostas are gaining in popularity.  What was the criteria used to include someone's garden in it?
