Many who attend the convention feel the system is faulted.  There
appears, however to be no way to change the Bi-laws, except by the two
thirds vote, at the convention "business meeting".  That is where the
issue has to be resolved.  Those attending next year, need to look at
all sides of this and be ready to make a choice.
