Challenge, especially for First Look Fans

Here is a challenge for those "in the know."

The winner of the AHS Best Variegated Seedling or Sport Award at the Hosta Show at the convention has almost always been subsequently named and registered, for example:
1994 sport of H. 'Little Aurora' (named H. 'Tattoo')

Here is a list of past winners, were they registered, and if so what was the name each was registered under?

1997 H. QOH9702 (hint; QOH = Queen of Hostas)
1998 H. LCM (hint; could this be a Lakeside?)
1999 sport of Fortunei  (hint; could this be a deisen't plant)
2000 7-16-2 6-8-17 (hint could this be from Mary too?)
2001 sport of H. 'Baby Bunting' (hint; could this begin with the same first initial as the likely introducer?)
