Hi Dori (NICE TO SEE YOUR VOICE): First Look is a wonderful event where
unregistered plants are shown for prizes/evaluation of sorts . I have
written about it before and am clearly biased. You can find more about in
at the Hosta Library...and find pictures of the winners over the years. I
think that First Look in Philedelphia is year 5 or 6.The scale is wonderful
and I think i represents a partial rebirth of the AHS (which needs to be
shaken and stirred from the bottom up on at least a few occassions). glen w
