Re: Washers and toilets

But I am confused as to why so many avid Republicans seem prone to want
to fight these excellent, environmentally conscientious measures? Just
it clogs the sewer now and then doesn't mean the water saver lavoratories
(lavoratories?- you mean water closets maybe which is toilets, lavatories
are wash basins, sinks - sorry)
aren't a great idea. Think of how many millions and millions of folks use
same appliance everyday and never have trouble.

How do the politicians know whether or not they work? Do they (1.6G
flush)work for all people? Do the politicians work with plumbing everyday
of their adult lives? We do. I am not closed minded to new ideas, some are
very good but all new ideas do not work. They need to be tested extensively
before laws of this kind are implemented. How about proving to the American
public how and why they are better for us and then as educated Americans let
us make the choice. Then we will see how much and what Americans are really
responsible for themselves and care about quality of life and our planet.

Think of how many millions and millions of folks use that
same appliance everyday and never have trouble.

Andrew, How do you know this?
