Andrew, I was just pointing out that the people who serve our country are 
civil servants who put their lives one the line and deserve some respect.

Also, if we can bend the rules and count votes that are not punched then why 
can't we bend the rules and count the vote of overseas military personnel if 
it is dated and signed.
