Hi Ben,
Congratulations on the addition to your family tree!
My favourite niece gave birth last week to a 3614.625 gram son and has called
him 'BEN'   :-))
The English - or Imperial - pound is still doing well, despite the fact that we
finally switched to metric weights on 1st January 2000.  It is difficult to
change when you have used another measure all your life!
As you know an English pound weighs exactly 453.59237grammes.
