Unfortunatly Joe;
You are at least in part right.  This has been a re-occuring problem
with the (Hosta) AHS.  Jim was removed , and Dan and I were given
warnings, by manufacturing a new intirpritation of the governing rules. 
These "rules" mean little, when they are dispensed by a KKK type group,
that refuses to be known, and simply dispenses punishment as they see
fit, knowing there can be no recorse for their actions.  They operate
from behind Carolyn Schaffners skirts and apparently with all the
sanctions of the AHS board.  Why she is a willing patsy in this is
beyond me.
