In my copy ( same as Pete's) there is no mention of section Ligularia when
I check P torulosum.
It says in the preface that the sections are revised, and all is found in
the Summer Group News 1993, see the preface of the Checklist.
However there exists a later edition but I haven't bought it yet..Richard
mumbled something about typos and dates so I didn't but that was several
months back.
