Re: International memberships

Paypal is one of the services that is being looked into.  They seemed pretty
reasonable and we could add a "button" on the IGS website so that if someone
comes to the website, they could switch over to a secure format and purchase
a membership or renewal right then using their credit card and Paypal, and
then go back to the website.

Paypal is a service being offered online for people who want to purchase
something using their credit card, but the seller is not set up to accept
credit cards.  Rather than a monthly fee being paid by IGS for the privilege
of being able to accept a credit card payment, if someone wishes to make a
credit card payment, you only pay a small transaction fee for each purchase
that is made.  If you want to see their website, do a search for Paypal and
the site comes right up.  In fact, if you want to read about it, email back
and let us know if you would be comfortable using it.
