[IGS] anachronisms and emoticons

Hi ,

Since a number of the users here have mentioned that they are somewhat
new to the internet and Email world, I thought I would post a list of
frequently use anachronisms and emoticons that help a writer convey
feelings and possibly avoid problems in communications (hopefully<G>).
This is a very abbreviated list (you would not believe the variations
that exists) but it consists of the most common ones used.

In General, all Capital letters is reserved for emphasis or indicates
that writer is yelling for some reason.

A feeling or emotion can be conveyed by a word in <> such as <sigh>
<chuckle> etc.
