The problem Cindi may be having is getting blues properly represented. This
is a classic problem with photography. If you know that there will be some
component of blue in the color (e.g. magenta instead of burgundy) a better
film to use is Agfa rathger than Kodak. Or Fuji Velvia might be OK - it's a
bit more easy to find. Kodak is great for the reds and yellows but is not
so good for blues. There are filters you can use to reduce the red
component so that the blues come through more strongly. I think the choice
of film is the better way to go. Even so, blue components give problems,
even to the pros I've talked to.
