Interesting (to me) seedling out of Fashion Designer X L-164.  Vivid, bright, glowing flower.  (how's that for redundancy?) Can see it, literally 1/4 mile away.  Very wide form, not too ruffled but has extremely thick substance.  The falls are speckled a light brown with a thin dotting on the tip of the fall.  Hard to see it from the picture but it is one eye catching flower. 7 buds two branches spur terminal
