That looks very much like Smiling Gold (Ernst, ’91).  However mine opens with the lavender fall center which fades to creamy white in the hot Arizona sun.

Is a lovely TB heavyily fragrant....the white is WHITE on day one, and gets the faint mauve day 2  on the blooms....
