Gosh Neil, that is great news, because I just happen to have the book. :-)   I've gone through the Genetics sections twice now.  First time it went WAY over my head, second time it made a lot more sense.  Maybe third time will be a charm!  :-)

Margie, the "TWOI" is shorthand for *The World of Irises.*  Sorry--I thought that was pretty much universally understood or I would have written it out.
