Hi Janice,
I actually got what I call the Sutton method from my sister who wrote it down at an iris talk George Sutton was giving. I'll see if I can't find a written copy of it so I don't leave anything out. My computer has had to have a new hard drive between then and now so I don't think I have it on the machine anymore. I'll do some searching and post it when I find it.
