Re--Posters for Convention
I have participated in poster "sessions" in an other
organization.  In that group--National Society for Histotechnology--we encouraged people to submit posters by judgeing them and giving prizes.  (First, second, third and "lots of honor mentions"  If you recieve a lot of entries they can be divided into "catagories" and award prizes in each catagory.  It was an honor to be asked to judge them but no special qualifications were needed.  The material actually presented was not judged, just the presentation and how interesting the subject was.  It is a creative idea.
