boy that sure looks hospitable to iris.  :-)  what is your average yearly rainfall?

Here is what my property looks like.  This is looking from the yard to the northwest.  Interesting land to garden in!  Looking east is prettier (mountains), but I don't have a good shot right now.  Later I'll have some developed that show more than desert grassland and cacti.
