Rumor on iris-talk is that this is the latest Dykes Medal winner.  Here are 
two versions as it grows here, one in full sun and one in the early a.m. 
before the sun was over the horizon.  Separate years, different cameras. 
The true color is probably somewhere inbetween the two photos.  I can 
believe it won the Dykes, though.  This is a very popular bloom with 
visitors.  I like it, too :).
