Fancy Dress  (Keppel '98)
This is my first TB open for this season, and it's a luminata!  I was excited this spring when I saw a stalk on this first year iris.  Even though it's short for the year, (approx. 20 inches) it has both it's 2 lower branches and spur!  A very determined flower, with double sockets, too. 
If you ask my opinion, the fancy flower compensates for the short stalk. :-)
