Yes, that looks like mine that IS Stepping Out, that I got directly from Schrieners  last year, and flowered just recently...

This poor iris moved 3 or 4 time between 1998 and now.  This is the first year that it bloomed. I know I used to have an iris called Stepping Out and this sure looks like it so I think that is what it is. I'm happy to have it blooming, again.
