As 90% are using ms outlook all they have to do is open outlook, go to the Tools
menu, click on Options, then click on the tab for Send, then down in the message
formatt click on Plain Text Settings, the next box has at the top mime just
click on the UUECODE box and apply it all.

This way they will decode on the fly both the microsuk mime pulti-part encode
and also the internet default uuecode files.
