[PHOTO] SPEC: Unknown

This is blooming now on the northern edge of zone 6 .It is not growing near
water but have same growing in standing water 4 ", in another location. Any
ideas ? The blooms are not taking the 80+ degree heat as you can see in
photo of bloom just opening.
