HARVEST OF MEMORIES X BEHOLD A LADY
15 stalks tried to bloom, spread out over a long time. This raggedy
thing was destined for the shovel - SDB sized blooms on TB foliage with
BB stalks. I let it go a second year just to see if it might rebloom.
Not sure if that's what it was trying to do this dreadful year, or if it
was repeat blooming or just blooming a lot.
Not much luck setting pods on anything this year (no big surprise) but
this thing set a pod on every bloom I touched with one of Robin
Shadlow's seedling's pollen - gaudy variegata from GOLDEN IMMORTAL X RIO.
Fertility and determination score high here this year.
Covered the worst two nights of the freeze.
