Thought I’d jump in the fray with a seedling that opened
this morning. I’m working on developing a line of orange-ground
plicatas. This is the first from a series of crosses toward that goal to
bloom this year. You can’t see it from the photo but there is a tiny bit
of orange blushing at the hafts. A very bunchy stalk too with lots of
