Linda, Hard to believe that Matrix would produce something as nice as your first bloom. I was tired of Matrix in my flower beds and dug it up this last summer, and put it in our rhyzome sale in August . Again very nice.

Spring maiden this year. Betty, I don't have pix of everything from the
cross, but I think this may have been the darkest one. Also some
seedlings from MATRIX X GYPSY LORD, all light colored.

Oh wait, here's a group shot of the MATRIX X GIR cross..looks like some
dark ones there. The next cross in the row is HoM X GACG, all yellows
or orange. So any of the darker colors in the shot are from MATRIX.
Nothing from the cross really "spoke" to me this year for future
breeding potential, other than maybe the one in the foreground and
