Mike, the parentage is RADIANT BLISS (plic) X SUMMER RADIANCE (self).  Both rebloomers.   Plicata and self crosses are throwing this general type of overlays.  But I got a similar color pattern with VISITING ROYALTY X SUMMER RADIANCE.  It's a color pattern I like but it's not everyone's choice.
