ETERNAL BLISS (Monty Byers, 1988) TB rebloomer

Rebloom reported in many U.S. states, Ont., France, zones 4-10.

I added this to my garden last summer, and it bloomed last fall. It
missed spring bloom this year but is blooming now. I'm sure it will hit
a more regular bloom cycle once it settles in more.
