CULT: experimental help for storeboughts

  • Subject: CULT: experimental help for storeboughts

Last fall, around the first freeze, I covered all the pots of storeboughts with Reemay type plant bed cover. Took it off when we had more than one or two warm days with nights above freezing. Best survival of terminal fans in storeboughts that I can remember.

Most were purchased & planted after August, so avoided worst of the summer heat damage. Pots filled 2/3 with fresh & rained on horse poop, rest of way (touching existing roots and rhizome) Miracle Gro potting mix.
