Let's add the following to the list of subject line tags:

IRC:  IRC chat sessions (currently Friday nights)

This one is important because some people may want to filter out OT-CHAT
postings and still be very interested in the IRC chat session info. Thanks
to John Jones for bringing this to my attention.
